Palm Tree and Stork-Form Ornaments London, circa 1960s, chromed palm tree form, center set with ostrich egg finial, finial tops with stamped signature "Redmile London", supporting large figure of stork set with malachite mounted crown and neck cuff, bodies elaborately set with abalone, malachite, crystals, and other shells and minerals, standing on crystal and red stone mounted octagonal base, 100-1/2 x 48 in. good condition overcall with some distress to chrome plating, wooden base molding with some abrasions and minor paint losses, one with some breaks and minor losses to polished stones at tail, both with flaking to paint and surface coating at knees (possibly repaired but likely as made), one loose ostrich shell (does not appear to ever have been attached and is possibly associated), scattered chips to some projections on crystals and shells.
