19th century, comprising: long bamboo pipe with jade ends, patterned metal mount with bowl, 24-5/8 in.; cloisonne pipe, 6-7/8 in.; metal water pipe with tan cord, pipe cleaner and brush, engraved decoration, 13-3/4 in.; metal water pipe with metal chain and tweezers, engraved decoration, 10-1/2 in.; pipe with spherical amber top, engraved decoration, 6-3/4 in.; copper scribe's box with hinged lid, cylindrical body holding brush, 9-1/2 in.; brass scribe's box with well to the side, hinged end, rectangular body, 8-1/4 in.; small woven reed basket with toggle and handle, 2-1/8 x 3-1/2 in.

Note: Object tests as nephrite on the Presidium Gem Tester II.

metal with spotting, discoloration, some denting, surface dirt/accretion; bamboo pipe possibly lacking bowl element; cloisonne pipe in two pieces, possibly lacking middle segment; amber pipe with grazing; tears to woven basket straps

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
