Bride's Box 19th century, cover with hand-painted couple standing in elaborate stylized floral landscape, dated 1828 below lines of German, body with floral and scenic designs, 7-1/4 x 18-5/8 x 12 in., loss to top bead molding on top, minor losses to paint surface, cracks to bottom, repair or restoration to one end of base, cracks at bottom edge of same end with associated loss of wood, loss to top edge of base.
