Colt model 1862 pocket Navy revolver, .36 caliber stamped on brass trigger guard, 4-1/2 in. octagonal barrel, serial number 15262 on four parts of the frame, 5262 on cylinder and wedge, faint engraved wagon scene apparent on cylinder, brass backstrap, 9-3/4 in. overall; Colt model 1862 pocket Police revolver, .36 caliber stamped on brass trigger guard, 4-1/2 in. round barrel, serial number 36959 stamped on four parts of frame, 03244 on wedge, fluted cylinder, brass backstrap, 9-1/2 in. overall, both pistols with "COLTS PATENT" stamped on left side of frame and "ADDRESS COL SAML COLT NEW-YORK U.S. AMERICA" stamped on top of barrel

metal surfaces with patina, oxidation, dents and scratches, some pitting, handling wear to wooden surfaces, scratches and minor chips, oxidation in bores, Pocket Navy with slightly bent trigger guard, Pocket police with more oxidation and scratches to metal parts, chip to toe of grip and other dings to handle, broken screw at wedge, triggers, hammers and cylinders appear to function

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
