C.J. Bishops, signed and dated lower left "Aug. Edouart fecit 1827", ink cutout on cream paper, sight 10-3/4 x 6-1/2 in.; Reverend at Pulpit, signed and dated lower right "Aug. Edouart fecit 1828", ink cutout on cream paper, sight 9-1/8 x 7-1/8 in.; Rev. E.J. Taylor, unsigned, titled and dated bottom center and verso "Boston 18th June 1842", ink cutout with pencil details on cream paper, sight 11-1/2 x 5 in.; two in period frames, largest 13-3/4 x 9-5/8 in.
Condition
toning and staining; Reverend at pulpit example with chipping and losses at the edges of frame, not sized properly to frame (top edge not flush with frame); Rev. E.J. Taylor example with water damage, tears to edges, notably on upper left side edge, out of frame with loss of glass panels, frame with cracking and lifting to veneer

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
