early to mid 19th century, including set of six tablespoons, marks for Joseph Clarico (Norfolk, working 1816-1828); soup ladle, marks for James Meredith (Winchester, working 1812-1860); two teaspoons, marks for John Adam (Alexandria, working 1801-1848); hollow handle knife and coin silver blade, marks for Mitchell & Tyler (Richmond, working 1845-1866); two tablespoons, probably retailed by Charles B. Meredith (Winchester, working 1855-1860); tablespoon with engraved foliate decoration on handle, marks for Henry H. Redman (Norfolk, working 1818-1839); tablespoon, marks for James T. Young (Petersburg, working 1853-1885), most with monograms,16.05 oz. T. excluding hollow handle piece, 5-1/2 in. to 12 in.

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
