Willard Bond "Close Hauled" framed print depicting a sailboat; fine print at top of print reads "Close Hauled by Willard Bond Copyright 1999 published by Arnold Art Inc., Newport Rhode Island printed in the U.S.A. by Meridian Printing"; bottom of print reads "Close Hauled Willard Bond Watercolors"; measures approximately 33-3/4" x 24-3/4" with painted wood frame and has a sight image of approximately 32" x 23". Willard Bond was quite simply the number-one painter of sailing action in the world. His posters and prints - his originals in oil and watercolor, have won him a huge following among sailors and those who love the constant movement of the sea in all its moods.
