Robert Wyland (American, 1956- ) contemporary watercolor, hand signed by the artist, & complete with certificate of authenticity (see photographs). Matted and framed under glass with framed height of 25-1/2" with width of 33-1/4", and having a sight image height of 15" with width of 22-1/2". In overall good condition, all measurements are approximate. Provenance: from the estate of a prominent New Jersey collector. Robert Wyland (1956- ) is a marine wildlife artist who was born in Detroit, Michigan. He attended the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit majoring in painting and sculpture. Upon graduation, his professors, Jay Holland, Russell Keeter and Bill Gerard, recognized his talent and encouraged him to move to the California coast where he could further develop his art.
