"Harlequin with Text" pencil signed to bottom right corner and numbered "33/200" to bottom left corner; circa 1972; document of authenticity verso; measures approximately 34-1/4" x 28-1/4" with frame (missing glass) and has a sight image of approximately 28" x 22-7/8"; in Good overall condition with toning throughout and small nick to top right side. LeRoy Neiman (born Leroy Leslie Runquist, June 8, 1921-June 20, 2012) was an American artist known for his brilliantly colored, expressionist paintings and screen prints of athletes, musicians, and sporting events.
