Collection of four vintage Dietz railroad lanterns; includes a Dietz Monarch lantern with red glass shade that is embossed to front "Dietz Syracuse, N.Y. U.S.A", and to back "Fitzall LOC-NO8 Reg'd U.S. Pat. Off"; blue metal frame is embossed around top rim "New York N.Y. U.S.A Dietz Monarch" as well as around bottom rim "Monarch Dietz N.Y. U.S.A"; measures approximately 18-3/4" tall to top of handle and 6-1/2" in diameter to bottom (in Good condition with no noticeable chips or cracks); also includes a Dietz Air Pilot lantern with clear glass shade that is embossed to side with Dietz logo, and to bottom rim of blue metal frame "Dietz No.8 Air Pilot" (18-1/4" tall to top of handle and 7-3/4" in diameter to bottom and in Good condition with no noticeable chips or cracks), and a matching pair of Dietz Air Pilot lanterns with red glass shades that are embossed to bottom rim of blue metal frame "Dietz No.8 Air Pilot" (18-1/4" tall to top of handle and 7-3/4" in diameter to bottom and in Good condition with a noticeable crack on one); all have varying amounts of rust damage.
