• Lot Description

  A fine oil on linen by Dutch-American artist Dirk Smit (1889-1985) known for landscapes and still life paintings. Notice how he has juxtaposed the light with the dark, especially with the porcelain figure in the center. Very nicely framed and don't forget to look at the back.
