Underside of each with manufacturer's fabric tag.Chair: 29.75" H x 29.25" W x 28" D
Seat height: 17"
Ottoman: 15.5" H x 24" W x 21.5" DCondition
Overall very good condition. Light wear throughout in the form of scratches, scuffing, as well as leather creasing and softening. No broken straps. Seat of the chair with two small yellow paint splotches. This matched set's leather colors vary slightly.
