ISAMU NOGUCHI
'Akari' table light sculpture, model no. 30FF, 1950s / 21st Century
Washi paper, bamboo, painted iron. Manufactured by Ozeki & Co., Ltd., Japan.
Underside of base impressed "MADE IN JAPAN" and shade with stamped signature and Akari symbol.
25" H x 12" Diameter
Condition
Good overall condition. Shade is in like-new condition with no rips or holes. Base with oxidation throughout. Newer bulb cage. Silk cord cover is slipping away from the body down the cord about 1". Shade with original box.
