ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: These earrings are not only elegant looking, but comfortable to wear, with the huggie-style hoop ear attachment. The "huggie" hoop is approximately 3/4" diameter. These earrings attach to the earlobe with the post of the hoop is locked to the back of the hoop, closing the circle when the earring is clicked shut. There is no "back" for the posts because the earring itself holds onto the post.

If your jewelry item contains ruby composite and needs repair or adjustments, it is absolutely necessary to advise your jeweler that they are composites. Do not place composite rubies in chemicals or an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Warm water and a soft cloth is the best way to clean composite stones.
