This 14 karat yellow gold pendant features a 1.49 carat octagonal-cut bright green emerald that is prong-set with .29 carats of round, brilliant-cut, H-I color, SI2 clarity diamonds in the fitting halo. The pendant is approximately 1/2" in diameter and has a reticulated bail that is attached to an affixed swirled heart-shaped jump ring.
