Lot Description

SÈVRES.
A PAIR OF BIBLETS in soft porcelain with polychrome decoration of green ribbons and interlacing garlands of flowers.
These bottle buckets were probably delivered for Antoine-René de Voyer d'Argenson, Marquis de Paulmy in 1760, or for Madame Lair the same year (see previous lot). Marked with the letter-date "E" for the year 1758.
