Black Forest carved oak bookcase or sideboard, late 19th c., molded cornice above a carved frieze with hound and wolf masks, foliate scrolls, all framed by scroll corbels with satyr figures, pair of glazed cabinet doors, vertical stiles with birds and monkeys in high relief, lower case fitted with two frieze drawers, above two cabinet doors with hunting trophies, seated figures of bears playing stringed instruments, linenfold side panels, on melon rib feet, approx 105.75"h, 70.25"w, 23"d
