9.19.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 239- when the work was removed from the frame, we discovered that it is enclosed by the mat and the mat sealed, thus we do not know if the work is affixed to foam board, tipped or loose, I note only some minute spotting and small imperfections that are inherent to the artist creation process, such as draw lines, small smudges, etc. there are no noted rips or tears or major loss observed
