Framed oil on canvas painting, "Deep Water (Lake Mead Hoover Dam)," signed lower left Jacobson (Oscar Brousse Jacobson, Swedish-born American, active in Oklahoma and Kansas, 1882-1966), dated [19]53, titled on label verso, sight: approx 21.75"h, 27.75"w, overall: 27.75"h, 33.75"w, 7.5lbs

10.24.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2211-The canvas is intact and free of any noted, rips or tears, a UV light examination is unremarkable showing only some inherent thinned areas of paint and light rubs, there is a small thinned area of paint in the upper left corner at edge, I further observe some light grime, and dirt near the artist signature and in the upper right clouds, there is a small minor imperfection beneath the rocks in water at the lower right canvas, I am unsure if this is how it was painted or an imperfection as it is minor, see images, the canvas is slightly loose with a slight wave noted in lower right, frame is intact with some dirt, spotting, nicks and wear, I am not an expert on such works, please let me know should you have further questions
