Louis XV style marble-top console table, with bronze dore mounts, approx 39.5"h, 52.5"w, 22"d
Condition
05.28.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 4271: I note that the console table is presently intact, the marble top displaying inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as having typical minute chips which are sparse in number to upper front edge, there is an area of dark brown staining near the back right corner, but I am unsure of its origin, additionally there is reinforced fracture located at this corner, I note areas of reinforced veneer lifting and some minor areas of bubbling concentrated at the stretchers, which have seam separation at joinery to legs, one having lightly visible adhesive from reinforcement, the metal banding along the stretchers has separated from the veneer with visible gaps and one having a minor dent, I observe patination and light spotting of ormolu elements, and typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions and nicks commensurate with use
