9.24.23-In my opinion regarding: LOT: 1463- A UV examination reveals heavy old varnish, some scattered areas of inpainting throughout the work, see images, I am unsure if the canvas is relined and have photos of the back for your review, a visual examination reveals some light areas of craquelure, small rubs and inherent texture, I am not an expert on such works, so please let me know should you have further questions, the frame shows some drips, wear and mellowing to gilt, as well as some small areas of loss, visible canvas appears free of any apparent rips or tears
