- Lot Description
Italian mid-century modern console/ server, in the manner of Paolo Buffa (Italian, 1903-1970), c.1950s, four drawers with reeded fronts, on tapered legs, approx 35.5"h, 47.25"w, 20"d
Condition
LOT 1134: I note that the console is presently intact and structurally sturdy, one of the seams on the top surface has a minute amount of lifting at the seam (see images), all drawers currently operate smoothly, with patination of the metal pulls, and surface wear to wood from hanging pulls (see images), I observe sparse typical surface wear, all being minor, such as small nicks, a minor chip to one of the drawer edges with filled concealment, and light abrasions and tonal variation to the case, all commensurate with age and use
