English leather-clad jewelry box, early 20th c., rectangular case mounted with ribbed cognac leather, hinged lid with vacant brass shield cartouche over banner, opening to two tiers of loose leather-lined compartmentalized trays with gilt embossed trim, over lower open storage, the interior lined throughout in purple velvet, approx 4.75"h, 9"w, 6"d, 2.5lbs
