- Lot Description
Dresden porcelain and glass corner table, 20th c., having three tiers of glass shelves with scalloped front edge, each supported by a set of three parcel gilt porcelain columns decorated with insects and vines of fruit and florals, the top tier of glass with a loose porcelain at each corner, (one) of a male figure, (two) floral urns, the porcelain supports of the lowest tier ending in scrolls, glass shelving intact with minor chips, table only: approx 27"h, 23.5"w, 15.75"d

03.18.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1157: As described the glass shelves are intact with minor chips, mostly to the back corner commensurate with contact against a wall, and some minute fleabite chips to side edges, and I do not presently observe fractures to the glass, the figures standing on the top shelf exhibit minor chipping, one having a couple minute hairlines, and another figure with restoration/ inpainting to the base, the molded floral details along the support columns exhibit typical minute chipping, the pigment of the glaze and enamel is overall well-retained and the front scalloped edge of the shelves remain smooth
