Brown leather club chair, late 20th c., rounded back with painted coat of arms of the Order of the Garter, double-sided seat cushion in leather and kilim upholstery, on wood block legs, approx 29.5"h, 26.5"w, 24"d, seat height: 17.5"h Start Price: $250.00
Condition
11.13.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 045- The chair is structurally sound and sits well, seat appears to be reversible, leather shows some mellowing, patination, tonal variation, creasing/cracking and wear throughout as commensurate with use, there are no apparent rips or tears, under the seat cushion (bottom) could use a good cleaning and leather would likely benefit from being moisturized
