(pair) Bohemian dark amethyst-colored glass vases, possibly Harrach, crenellated gilt-edged rim, raised enamel polychrome decoration with large flower heads and ferns, approx 7.5"h, 2.5"w, 2.5"d; 1.75lbs total **Provenance: From the estate of Carl Carter (Texas, 1955-2023)**

05.29.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1156: I note that both vases are presently intact, standing securely against flat display surface, both exhibit typical minute wear to the enamel, one vase is free from presently-observed chips or fractures, the other having a minor chip to one corner of top edge, chip/ loss segment at the lower end of one corner edge, and a minute chip at another corner edge near the central body, UV light examination does not reveal evidence of restoration
