1 cream satin evening gown w/ silver lame’ cummerbund & embroidery to armscye, CF B, back half belt, CF of skirt & on crepe chiffon short sleeves, lame tassel at CB W, c. 1912, B 34”, W 26”, L 48”, (tarnish to lame’, minor discoloration w/ 0.5” light stain CF bodice, underarm discoloration, some shatter w/ tiny-1” tears in chiffon bodice lining, few light scuffs/marks in skirt, discoloration to bodice lining); 1 terracotta linen jacket embroidered w/ knots, openwork & knotted tassels, 1912-1914, B 46”, L 36”, (few loose stitches b/t left SH pleat, few 0.5”-1” light stains lower CF, minor discoloration CB bodice, light wear underarms & tassels) Both very good.

PACKING/SHIPPING/INSURANCE: The cost of packing and shipping of purchased lots is the responsibility of the purchaser. A fee of $15 ($25 for international shipments where customs forms are required) is charged for packing & handling of each lot. All shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service and insured for the hammer price. Lots won by successful online Bidders will be shipped automatically to the address provided on your Bidsquare registration form once shipping and packaging fees are paid. The total cost will be charged to the credit card on file or paid directly through Live Auctioneers. Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
