1 grey wool & silk faille paletot w/ elaborate silk soutache applique, metallic woven military braid, tassels w/ metallic bullion, thread & metallic covered silk buttons & fringe, silk & metallic twisted cord w/ tassels to CB, quilted china silk lining, 1 865, SH-SH 18”, L 26” + 4” fringe, (minor discoloration, few stains up to 1.5”, light tarnish trim, loose stitches b/t trim) Excellent; 1 jacquard woven paisley dolman w/ woven braid applied to French black silk velvet applied panels, shaped chenille fringe woven applied braid to neckline, cuffs & hem, lined in khaki green silk satin twill, late 1870s, SH-SH 18”, L 32”, (trim loss, loose stitches b/t velvet, small seam openings underarms, 2.5” hole lining) Very Good (both w/ petticoats N/I) Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum.

Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
