2-pc entirely hand sewn cream silk ottoman evening gown c/o back lacing Swiss bodice w/ neckline & slashed sleeves formerly trimmed w/ silk tulle, trained skirt w/ deep compound box pleats at CB, cotton lining, c. 1865, B 30", W 20", L 12", skirt W 22”, L 42 ”, (tulle trim damaged, small hole CB bodice at point, light stains up to 1.5”, light discoloration, original laces damaged, pulls, minor tarnish, 1" seam opening CF W, inked “1865 size 10” inside collar); 1 olive green extended bodice of patterned silk in horizontal diamond motif, thread covered buttons closure w/ silk bullion, lined in cotton twill, c. 1870, B 32”, W 24”, L 40”-60”, (slip N/I, underarm discoloration, collar unstitched, seam openings up to 2.5", light hem stains up to 2") both good. Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
