1 embroidered olive green silk shawl w/ cream floral embroidered, 1860s, 52” x 57”, (discoloration, tiny-0.5” holes, pulls & thinning, minor fringe loss) Fair; 1 garden party hat of cream silk crepe w/ stamped cloth flowers, novelty boucle & grosgrain ribbons, early 1920s, circ. 20”, W 9”, H 4.5”, (broad fading, 1 chin tie missing, shatter to brim, few pulls) Good; 1 thread box w/ lion & eagle crest, “J&P Coats, USA”, 8.5” x 3.5”, (wear/discoloration, corner peeling, penciled writing bottom) Fair; 1 paisley clutch embroidered w/ steel beads, 1870s, 9” x 6.5”, (wear, heavy corrosion & minor loss to beads) Fair; 1 black wool purse w/ pearl cotton cross stitch embroidery, Middle East, 1910s, 6.5” x 8”, (light wear trim) Excellent.

A fee of $15 ($25 for international shipments where customs forms are required) is charged for packing & handling of each lot. All shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service and insured for the hammer price. Lots won by successful online Bidders will be shipped automatically to the address provided on your Bidsquare registration form once shipping and packaging fees are paid. The total cost will be charged to the credit card on file or paid directly through Live Auctioneers. Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
