- Lot Description
This mid-twentieth century set of six sterling silver demitasse spoons, made in Denmark, features vibrant, colorful enamel work on the handles, with each spoon having a unique color and pattern. The spoons are gold-washed on the bowl, adding a luxurious touch to the design. The set comes in its original red presentation box with satin lining, ideal for both display and functional use. Each spoon is hallmarked "Egon Lauridsen, Denmark, Sterling" on the back, confirming the silver content and origin. This set would be perfect for a tea or coffee service, adding an element of elegance and color to any occasion.

Condition
5 of the 6 spoons are in very good condition, with minor surface scratches typical of light use. The enamel is vibrant and intact, with no chips or cracks. The gold-washed bowls are in good condition with minimal wear. 1 spoon (green) with small missing section of enamel. The hallmarks "Denmark Sterling" are clearly legible on the back of each spoon. The presentation box is in good condition with slight wear on the exterior, consistent with age.
