- Lot Description
This is a black and white ink illustration of Barrington, Rhode Island Town Hall. The text under the illustration reads "Barrington Town Hall 1888." The piece is framed in a simple black wooden frame.
Condition
The frame has visible scratches and some chipped paint, notably on the top and side edges. The illustration itself is in good condition with some minor yellowing of the paper.

The cost of shipment will be Buyer's full responsibility. In-house packaging and shipping is available for many items. All quotes are based upon the size and weight of the package as indicated by the carrier and all will include insurance as well as signature confirmation in most cases and will be handled through USPS or FedEx.
