- Lot Description
Oil on panel painting depicting a tranquil canal landscape. The scene features a stone bridge spanning a placid waterway, with moored boats and rural buildings along the shore. Trees and vegetation line the banks, while the sky is rendered in muted tones suggesting overcast conditions. Circa 1900.
The work is titled "Rozenburg" in the lower right corner and signed (unfound) lower left. It is presented in a substantial black wooden frame with a gilded inner edge, enhancing the artwork's visual impact.
The painting exhibits fine detail and atmospheric qualities characteristic of 19th century Dutch landscape traditions. The artist's skillful rendering of light and reflections on the water's surface contributes to the serene mood of the composition.

The cost of shipment will be Buyer's full responsibility. In-house packaging and shipping is available for many items.
