  Of octagonal form wood, paper-mache tea caddy with dome hinged lid, minuted hand painted with pavilions with figures on the top, with dragons chasing Pearl of Wisdom border; multi shapes with figural and pavilions motifs on the sides, all on black lacquer background with gilt highlights.   Condition

  Good overall, some wear and minor losses to finish, some dents to pewter, one pewter stopper with bents and separations commensurate with age and use.
