  A recumbent dog, hinged to the back to reveal small glass inkwell, mouth holds a quill, warm brown finish, 3-1/4"H x 9-1/2"W x 5"D. Hand-carved wood dog bust with front paws resting upson a log pen holder, hinged at the neck to reveal an interior inkwell, 3-3/4"H x 7"W x 3-3/4"D.

  Condition

  Repair to the leg of the recumbent dog, natural fissures, some light wear to the surface, good.
