  Sterling silver Tiffany & Co. water pitcher, fully marked on the bottom with date letter for 1947-1956 (directorship of Louis deBebian Moore); inscribed: " Cleveland News Varsity Award / Man of the Year / I.F. Freiberger / Fan's Man Fry / December 5, 1953" on the body. Weighs 23.19 toz. Provenance: old private collection, Pittsburgh, PA, by descend in the family to the current owner, whose grandfather Isadore Fred "Frei" Freiberger was Chairman of The Board of The Cleveland Plain Dealer and The Cleveland Trust Co., which later became The Key Bank.

  Very good, some tarnish and polish residues.
