A floral group comprising of pointed leaf greenery, six pedal flickr type flowers, and rising from the basket, with two similar flowers imbedded in the bouquet, are dahlia type flowers. The floral group appears to be inside a tazza, supported by a pedestal of clear beveled glass, flanked by clear scrolls of beveled glass. The field is aquamarine blue, representing the sky, as if the observer is inside a room looking outside. On center above the rising flower, is a reverse Fleur de lis shape, with ribbon scrolls angling towards the sides of the field. In the corners of the field, like a renaissance open weave cap, pieces of glass are inserted between the weave, roundels at the intersections. Jewel and flat roundels are used throughout the window. The field is surrounded by edging of square beveled clear pieces. Colored glass is period mottled glass. The window is neoclassical in form, circa 1915.
Condition
No fractures observed. Very clean with little age wear; most likely a landing window.
