• Lot Description
  This exquisite Russian silver sugar spoon is a masterful example of cloisonné enamel craftsmanship, attributed to the renowned silversmith Antip Kuzmichov of Moscow. The handle and bowl are decorated with colorful cloisonné enamel in vibrant shades of blue, red, yellow, and green, arranged in floral and geometric patterns typical of late 19th-century Russian design. The bowl of the spoon features pierced decorative detailing, further enhancing its ornamental appeal. It also possibly contains initials of one of the owners in cyrylic "PE". The reverse side displays equally intricate enamelwork with hallmark and maker's initials "АК" (Antip Kuzmichov).
