  Of floral shape ormolu bronze hinged lid vanity/jewellery box, lavishly decorated with scrolls, cartouches, floral-foliate designs, adorned with round convex plaque, hand painted depicting Classical beauty, after Angelo Asti "Meditation". Provenance: old private collection, Pittsburgh, PA, by descent in the family to the current owner.

  Veery good antique condition, soils, dust and some wear to gilt commensurate with age and use.
