An oval bowl form that rises approximately 2 ¼" on it's ends above the center point of the rims edge. A rams head mask is place on both extreme ends of the oval bowl. the rams mask supports a moveable leaf form garland. A ram's head is a symbol of strength; the design being an adaptation of an earlier vessel. The bowl rests on four individual acanthus leaves combining to to produce a stem, which is attached to an oval base with hand engraved detail, and a spaced line decoration around the perimeter of the bases's edge. Gross weight is 26.31 troy ounces.
