• Lot Description
  Pair of ruby and gilt porcelain urns, highly decorated, classical form double reticulated C-scrolling handles, each side of the upper portion with elaborate scenes of women and cherubs enjoying a beautiful idyllic landscape. The urn rests on a square base adorned with ornate gilt decoration including classical scenic vignettes. Fine gilt borders, scrolls and floral designs throughout the open areas, overall ruby colored ground. Hallmarked on the underside with the Vienna bee hive mark in blue. Each painting also individually hand-signed by the artist.

  Condition

  Very good, urns loose on base, light rubbing to areas of gilt.
