• Lot Description
  Of baluster scroll form stem with three upswept arms pair of candelabra, Rococo style, moulded forms have applied voluptuous flowers compositions, low relief to the body with acanthus leaf, scrolls and rocailles, hand painted in polychrome and picked out in gilt. Marked with blue Von Schierholz hallmark on the underside. Provenance: old private collection of Mr. & Mrs. Norman & Lilian Daniels, President of H.J. Heinz Co.   Good, wax remnants, soils and dust, original somewhat lopsided stems, some losses to decorations commensurate with age and use.
