  Medium low dense silky wool lush pile on cotton foundation. Very finely hand-knotted rug. Field with central complex multicolor medallion with extensions and floral designs on ruby red background; complex corner guards; borders with floral serpentine motifs on ivory, gold and blue background; short fringe at both ends. Persian, ca. 1970's/1980's
