  Rectangular gilt metal and guilloche enameled box with hinged cover and hinged front panel; decorated with oval reserve with foliate design border, crowned "N" in the center framed with clear stones jewels and trellis with floral rosettes on the cover, high polished brass plate under the lid, stylized fleur-de-lys on sides, basket weave relief design on the bottom.
