  White metal plaque with bronze patina depicting a buddha bust, mounted to canvas back with wood frame, signature plaque lower right corner: "Mandated by Banbado (workshop name), overall 19-7/8" x 15-1/8". Note: The original work is the camphor wood statue of Miroku (Bodhisattva), a national treasure of Japan dating from the Asuka period (AD592 - 710).
