  Mary Blair Cinderella Concept Painting (Walt Disney, 1950); this magical and mysterious scene when Cinderella's coach racing through the night with a full moon high above and reflecting in the river below; gouache and tempera midnight blue and black with complementing blue, purple and pink colors, reference labels on the back; professionally framed and archival triple-matted under museum glass frame by Emilie Cohen Studios, Pittsburgh, PA, overall 14-1/8" x 14-1/2". "Oh my goodness... oh, its midnight...goodbye...Oh I must... I must... goodbye!" says a frenzied Cinderella at the stroke of twelve. This scene appears around the 55:36 mark in this classic Disney film. Provenance: private collection, Pittsburgh, PA; acquired from Heritage Auctions in June 19-21, 2020 auction, lot 98427.
