  A period 18 jewel 8 adjustment nickel finished, manual wind Patek Philippe, Geneva striped, cut corner movement, with a glazed silver dial with arabic numerals and Patek logo; has been fitted into a Crest Arrow platinum case, of which the bezel is decorated with french cut sapphires and period small table melee.
