  Platinum chain with 14k yellow gold ring clasp, adorned with elongated hinged pendant, set with caliber cut blue sapphires, apprx. from 2 x 2 mm to 4 x 3 mm, alternating with round old Euro cut diamonds, total estimated diamond weight 1.10 ct, SI clarity, G color; marked on the clasp; overall weight 4.5 gm.
