Of rectangular form wooden lacquer jewellery box with hinged lid revealing double compartments on the inside with mirror attached under the lid, and one lower drawer, masterfully inlaid with mother-of-pearl depicting double symbols of "Prosperity and Happiness" flanked with four rabbits and butterflies and vines design on the top, double round reserves on the front with float-moth motif, and double happiness symbols alternating with floral-vines design on the drawers front, hand painted polychrome highlights. Original fish shape lock with key.
