  Spectacular large ten-panel embroidered room divider screen, depicting multiple storks and pine tree with the sun above, wooden frames with metal fittings, signed on the far left panel: "May you enjoy good health and be blessed with longevity." Overall folded 72-1/4" x 19-1/2" x 6-1/2" Provenance: Estate of Dr. Ye Yong Chun (Korean, 1910-1994), who served in the South Korean government, notably as Head of Civil Affairs in the Ministry of Education in 1944, Minister in Office of Governor-General of Korea, Vice Governor and Governor of Bank of Korea (1951-1961), Minister of Construction from (1964-1966), Chairman of Korean Branch of International LiONS Club, Chair of Korean International Law Association and Deputy Chair of Democratic-Republican Party; by descent in the family to current owner.
